W.O.E. is the Oakland-based experimental electronic project of Brian Tester and JaMile Jackson. Formed in late 2016, W.O.E. designs concepts and musical systems using accessible electronic instruments and hardware. Harnessing these devices, they create technology-mediated organic environments that explore the multiplicity of human existence. The duo builds complexity out of simplicity by intertwining simple patterns into evolving rhythms and rich sonic
textures.
